1st Line Support Engineer
You will be responsible for solving a broad spectrum of customer IT support tickets by telephone, remotely, in the office or on-site as efficiently and professionally as possible.
This involves managing assigned tickets and assisting other team members when necessary. You will need strong communication skills to update our customers about the status of their outstanding tickets. The candidate would ideally have 1-2 years’ experience working within either an internal, or outsourced IT department.

3rd Line Support Engineer
You will be responsible for solving a broad spectrum of customer IT support tickets raised by telephone and email, as well as assisting with customer and internal projects. You will be working primarily in the office and possibly on-site so you will need to be able to work with efficiency and professionalism.
Strong communication skills are required to update our customers and other colleagues about the status of outstanding and more complex tickets. This is vital to help deliver the service our customers have come to expect.
The candidate would ideally have 3+ years experience working within either an internal, or outsourced IT department although all exceptional applicants are welcome to apply.
