1st Line Support Engineer


You will be responsible for solving a broad spectrum of customer IT support tickets by telephone, remotely, in the office or on-site as efficiently and professionally as possible.


This involves managing assigned tickets and assisting other team members when necessary. You will need strong communication skills to update our customers about the status of their outstanding tickets. The candidate would ideally have 1-2 years’ experience working within either an internal, or outsourced IT department.

  • Salary range £18,000 - £22,000 DOE

2nd Line Support Engineer


You will be responsible for solving a broad spectrum of customer IT support tickets raised by telephone/email, as well as assisting with customer and internal projects. You will be working in the office/on-site as required and will need to be able to work with efficiency and professionalism.


Strong communication skills are required to update their customers and other colleagues about the status of outstanding and more complex tickets. This is vital to help deliver the service their customers have come to expect.


The candidate would ideally have 3+ years’ experience working within either an internal, or outsourced IT department, although all exceptional applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities / Skills:

  • Escalation of issues that are escalated by 1st line support
  • Diagnosing system and network connectivity issues
  • Devising and implementing temporary workarounds where required
  • Troubleshoot issues both remotely and in person, as required
  • Keep ticketing system and knowledge base up to date
  • Provide assistance to 1st line engineers as required and help train and develop their skills and knowledge
  • Identify and correct any unnecessary data sprawl on servers and other storage locations, such as SharePoint
  • Ensure that data/email archiving policies are taking place and working effectively
  • Configuring new equipment and installing on-site
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call support rota and occasional ad-hoc out-of-hours work

Technical Requirements:

  • Windows 10/11 - Windows Server 2019/2022
  • Experience of Linux operating systems (MacOS and Ubuntu) beneficial
  • TCP/IP networking including Firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP and other network protocols
  • Active Directory / GPO / O365 Admin Center / Exchange Admin Center
  • M365 including SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD and Desktop Apps
  • Microsoft Entra / InTune
  • Base understanding of PowerShell scripts
  • Familiarity with Draytek, Zyxel or Ubiquiti hardware would be advantageous

  • Ensure that 1st and 2nd line have deployed the relevant OS and any required software to any new device in time for the user’s start date
  • Ensure that AD / Azure AD is correctly organised Look out for, and correct any unnecessary data sprawl on servers and other storage locations such as SharePoint
  • Ensure that data archiving policies are taking place

We are looking for an in-house Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The role will suit someone who is willing to wear a few hats, developing a strategy and producing exciting content. If you are an ambitious and proactive individual who’s prepared to get stuck in and help us deliver great work, then this is the role for you!


What It Involves:

  • Devising, leading and implementing our marketing strategy
  • Regularly reviewing marketing developments and trends
  • Oversee the marketing calendar and manage social media across several platforms
  • Content creation for social media and high-quality marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts and flyers
  • Reviewing website and social media analytics
  • Paid Ads
  • Email marketing (Mailchimp)
  • Conduct regular market & competitor analysis
  • Updating company website with new content such as copy, images and services information
  • Assist in the organisation of company and other business events


Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be accurate and have a good attention to detail
  • A problem- solving approach
  • Organised and can prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge across the major social media platforms
  • Copy writing skills
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a bonus but not essential
  • Proactive with initiative and a willingness to learn new skills
